1. Delivery Timelines

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2 to 4 working days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 working days.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 200 on all orders across Pakistan.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,000.

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you for a quick confirmation before dispatching.

  • Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email to monitor your parcel's journey.

4. Delivery Process

  • Our courier partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your parcel. Please ensure your provided contact number is active to avoid any returns.

  • Please do not accept the parcel if the seal is broken or the packaging is severely damaged at the time of delivery.

5. Delays

While we aim for punctuality, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to public holidays, extreme weather, or high-volume sale periods. We appreciate your patience during these times.
